2023 PDGA Rules update

The Official Rules of Disc Golf (ORDG), the Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events (CM), and the PDGA Tour Standards go through some level of revision each year. These updates go into effect on January 1, 2023. All So Cal point events are PDGA sanctioned events.
